Setting Health and Wellness Goals

Part 4 of our series on goal setting…

I believe health and wellness form the foundation of a prosperous and happy life…

As Buddha said, “To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear”.

Try setting some goals relating to health and fitness, physical appearance or style, mindfulness, exercise etc.. such that you create a motivating force in your life to achieve these things… succeeding in this area will bring a flow on effect in other areas of your life so it’s definitely worth it….!

Who Gives A Crap

Thinking about gratitude again!  We buy and use Who Gives A Crap toilet paper (whogivesacrap.org) and I was reading the bio and was reminded that billions of people don’t have access to toilets! This highlights the need to be grateful for all that we have in life because it’s so easy to take for granted things that we otherwise don’t think about – like toilets!.

Be Grateful….. it will help you to succeed…

 

The Compound Effect

The Compound Effect is a concept that is based around the idea that incremental positive habits or steps will lead to other incremental positive habits.  In isolation they do not look like much but when put back to back and allowed to grow as a combined entity, the results can be astounding.
